• Mon - Fri 7:30 - 8 AM EST, Saturdays 8 - 8:30 AM EST
• 1st Saturday RAINN practice with Quaker Share (or Chod practice) 8:30 - 9 AM EST
• No practice 4th Saturdays
• Thursdays (after practice 8-8:30) we will have time to connect and answer questions 

Joining the Daily Breathwork Practice will deepen the 50 hour apprenticeship experience as you will practice the breaths daily in sangha. 

I am offering a special reduced rate to the Sol Yoga apprentices of $70/month for 14 hrs a month of live teachings. Typically, I charge $125/month for the daily practice. As the primary provider for a family of 6 (3 humans and 3 four-leggeds), these rates allow me to provide for my family and continue this work. Thank you for your support. 

Please note that there are two options for payment. A onetime payment of $350 or monthly payments of $70 that auto renews for 5 months unless you cancel it.
