Join the daily live practice with me and a previous apprentice, Carrie Dennison.

Coming soon is a library of practices to breathe with the myriad experiences of being human.

You have taken a powerful step toward agency, peace and capacity. Now imagine what could shift if you committed to a daily practice of meeting whatever is alive in you everyday day.

The live daily practice is potent medicine for these times. There is nothing like sitting with ourselves everyday and breathing with community as we navigate grief, overwhelm and even despair.

These practices are not about pushing harder or fixing ourselves, they offer a wider container with layers of support to breathe with whatever is arising. There is also tremendous value in playing with the breath everyday. It potentiates our relationship to our very own life force supporting an expansion of our capacity to move through whatever might be sticky and overwhelming so we can take right action, a necessary skill in these troubled times.

Liberation is in the compassion we find for ourselves, the softening around what is hard, and the remembering that we are here to awaken from the illusion of separation.

"I am absolutely loving the practices and am so grateful to have found this body of work.  Really appreciate your depth of knowledge and nurturing kindness. These practices feel very safe and sacred within the container.

I am noticing a shift in my ability to sit in quiet meditation afterwards as well. "

"Alicia is a treasure among treasures. I feel so incredibly grateful to have found her. She brings breadth and depth to her teaching, drawing from an impressive array of traditions and approaches including yoga, qigong, Somatic Experiencing, and parts work to name a few. I am often astounded be her knowledge. How can one person hold so much? Alicia's background as a trauma therapist combined with her profound empathy allows her to bring highly skilled safety and attunement to the Breathwork practices. She creates a container that allows for grounded trust, expansion, and transformation - a rare combination. I consider it to be a real privilege to be one of Alicia's students and a member of her breath sangha.
